What a Pilot Involves

  • Scoped OPD Department

    Pilot begins with one or two outpatient departments to limit surface area and ensure quality of implementation.

  • Dedicated Setup Support

    QueueFree team provides direct onboarding support, configuration, and staff training during the pilot period.

  • No Upfront Cost During Pilot

    Pilot hospitals participate at no cost. The objective is operational validation and real-world iteration.

  • Shared Outcome Data

    Both parties receive structured data on wait-time reduction, queue throughput, and patient feedback.

Who We Are Looking For

Forward-thinking hospitals, not pilot-seekers.

We are specifically looking for hospitals where operational leadership is willing to directly engage with the system, provide feedback, and adapt their queue process during the pilot. This is a working collaboration, not a software trial.

Hospital type — government or private — is secondary. What matters is volume, willingness to iterate, and a commitment to improving outpatient operations.
