Every token in every OPD department is tracked in real time. Patients see exactly where they stand in the queue — current token being served, their own position, and how many are ahead. No guesswork.

Doctor Delay Transparency
Doctors can log a delay directly from their interface. The moment a delay is marked, all patients in that queue receive an instant update — the wait-time estimate adjusts, and uncertainty is replaced with accurate information.

Predictive Wait-Time Estimation
Wait-time estimates are calculated dynamically based on live queue depth and historical consultation duration patterns. Estimates update continuously. Patients are shown a realistic window, not a static number.

Structured Priority Token Logic
Priority tokens — for elderly, differently-abled, or clinically urgent patients — are handled through a structured logic layer, not arbitrary manual override. The system maintains queue integrity while accommodating priority cases.

SMS Fallback Support
For patients without smartphones or data access, critical queue updates — including token calls and delay notices — are delivered via SMS. The system does not require patients to use an app to receive basic status information.
